It currently has over 500 million active users, and although that may seem like an unmanageable number for you to be targeting, Facebook has built a very powerful platform on which you can build a substantial presence. Facebook has become an increasingly important asset for your business to get found by and engage with potential buyer on the web.

You should also do one other thing:  search for your competitors and evaluate their presence on Facebook.  What types of pages have they created?  How many fans or "likes" do they have?  Study their page and evaluate their posts, photos or videos and note what others have to say about their presence.
 
Creating a business page is completely free but will require your time to build it, promote it and maintain it.
